I tried arranging for them to service it this year but after leaving two messages and calling half a dozen times with no response I gave up. I called Woodstove Warehouse on a recommendation and they set up an appointment within the week, they were reasonably priced, the tech was very professional and friendly, I will definitely be using them for our needs in the future.
